Bill Klapwyk, Intern Pastor

Bill gave his life to Christ at the age of 30. Since that time, he has served in a few churches and has done some ministries outside of those churches that include a prison ministry at NEXUS in Lewistown Montana. His passion is more leaning toward teaching and discipleship which he has done in several ways in the last 17 years. Bill has done one on one discipleship as well as group Bible studies both with members of churches and the NEXUS personnel. He tries to continue to keep in contact with the people from NEXUS as they move out of the prison system and enter back into their daily lives trying to help them continue their walk with Christ.

Wes Flint, Elder

Wes moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 1986, after leaving his home of 20 years in Seabeck, WA. He trained as a Rigger to work on war ships for the Navy. Later he was educated as a gunsmith and Archery pro. He then opened a Pro shop in Bremerton WA. After moving to Montana he continued work in Sporting goods until 1998. Loving the outdoors and the beauty of Montana, it was like a "pleasant aroma" to Wes and his family to move here. However, even with all that Montana offers there was still a void in his life. And it was something only God could fill. Wes came to Crossroads full time in 1998 and gave up his old dream and profession.  He began moving in a new direction, a God direction.

Soon after beginning to work with Crossroads a burden for the persecuted church around the globe developed deep within him. He prepared a team of people at Crossroads to take a missions trip with Vision Beyond Borders (VBB) in 2005. God sealed a new Vision and direction for Wes. He now is the director of Restoring Hope Nepal. During these trips they also directly aid orphans and widows. With an ongoing desire to help people, Wes furthered his education by enrolling with the" Institute of Nouthetic studies" as a biblical counselor. He is now serving at Crossroads to help struggling marriages, and aid people in their personal walk with Jesus Christ. Wes has been married for 41 years to his best friend and help mate Ginny Flint who he freely admits, "She was sent to me by God Himself". He has three children and six grandchildren. “God is so GOOD”!

He and Barbara started attending Scottsdale Bible Church then moved to a satellite church of theirs that was nearer their home. They then attened the church, Desert View Bible Church until they moved here. Since moving to the Bitterroot they are happy to have found a home at Crossroads.

Jim Chase, Worship Director

Prior to leading worship at Crossroads, Jim had been a part of many worship teams and praise choirs on the West Coast, from small church plants to mega-churches. Music has always played a significant part his life from the time he started a grade school rock band as drummer and lead singer until today.

While having no formal training, Jim’s love for music of almost any kind is further evidenced in his being self-taught on multiple instruments, including guitar, bass, drums, 5-string banjo and others.

A freelance writer/creative consultant by profession, Jim and his wife, Diana, moved to the Bitterroot Valley in 2015 and are convinced that God will use this supernaturally beautiful place as a template for His New Kingdom. Jim and Diana have four adult children who have blessed them with nine grandkids – so far!
